In the Fox Searchlight Pictures drama Hitchcock, Sir Anthony Hopkins stars as the iconic director. Joe Nazzaro talks to Howard Berger, make-up department head Julie Hewett and hair supervisor Martin Samuel about the tasks of turning Hopkins into Hitchcock and recreating the period looks on actors such as Helen Mirren, Scarlett Johansson, Jessica Biel, James D'Arcy and Toni Collette.
