Emmy Award-winning make-up artist Kevin James Bennett has signed on as an advice columnist for Make-Up Artist magazine’s beauty website, Makeup411.com. The partnership was announced in August.

Bennett will share his professional expertise, review products and answer readers’ questions. Questions may be sent to his Makeup411 e-mail address: kjbennett@makeup411.com. Bennett will appear on Makeup411 beginning the week of Sept. 7. Questions may be sent in advance of his start date.

"We are going to march bravely to the make-up case and begin to unravel the mysteries hidden inside," he said. "We'll be exposing some of the industry's best kept—and worst kept—secrets, sharing the most fantabulous tips and tricks and reviewing new products and maybe some old favorites too."

Bennett has worked on the TV shows Another World, As the World Turns, Law & Order and more. As a beauty expert, he has appeared on Access Hollywood, Entertainment Tonight, Good Morning America, E! Entertainment Network and the Home Shopping Network. His beauty advice has been featured in Vogue, Glamour, Elle, InStyle, Town & Country and Self as well as trade publications WWD, Make-Up Artist magazine and American Salon. He has also worked with major cosmetic companies on marketing, development, public relations and artist relations. He produces two websites: inmykit.com and madenyc.com.
