Special make-up effects artist Toby Lindala will be a keynote speaker at IMATS Vancouver. With more than 25 years’ experience, Lindala has contributed to more than 50 feature films and 30 TV series and movies. By the age of 23, Lindala was working closely with Chris Carter to create the iconic look forThe X-Filestelevision series. Wojciech Inglot, the chemist and businessman who created the global cosmetics brand Inglot, died suddenly on Saturday, Feb. 23 in Przemyśl, Poland. He was 58 years old.
Lisa Westcott and Julie Dartnell have won the 2013 Achievement in Makeup and Hairstyling Oscar for their work on Les Miserables. It was the first Oscar win for both.
