Make-Up Artist magazine will, at its discretion, return, refund, or exchange unsatisfactory items that are undamaged, but will not refund the original shipping charges or pay the shipping charges to have these items returned to us. We are happy to replace or refund items that are received damaged or in poor condition at no additional cost. Proof of damage may be required. All returns must be made within 30 days after receipt of the item.

All trade show tickets are non-refundable, and any billing discrepancies must be presented within 30 days of the transaction.
