Pro cards offered by other companies will not be accepted as valid credentials.

By submitting this application you give permission to Make-Up Artist magazine and IMATS to contact you.

Make-Up Artist Pro Cards are provided for professional identification purposes and access to select services and products related to Make-Up Artist magazine, IMATS and its affiliates. The membership is not transferable and is valid for two years from date of issuance, at which point card holders are welcome to renew their membership. Any misuse of the membership will result in termination of benefits.

Revocation policy will be enforced at the sole discretion of Make-Up Artist magazine and IMATS.
